NRL - Gold Coast Titans Origin star Nate Myles (pictured) has thrown his support behind calls for reduced interchanges in the NRL.

With the game becoming increasingly dominated by giant forwards playing limited minutes, there have been calls from the games stakeholders for a change in the  rules  in the hope of opening the game up to the more skilful players.

Myles is well known for playing plenty of minutes and he believes the game would benefit from a reduction in the amount of interchanges allowed.
